ＩＣＡ/ＳＰＡ運営委員の推薦について
ＩＣＡ（国際公文書館評議会）/ＳＰＡ（専門家団体部会）運営委員の新たな候補者の推薦について，ＳＰＡのディディエ・グランジュ会長から11月30日付けで次のような推薦依頼書が全史料協会長宛てに届きました。現在全史料協からは小川千代子副会長がＳＰＡ運営委員として参加されていますが，2008年ＩＣＡクアラルンプール大会でその任期が終わります。
新たなＳＰＡ運営委員を全史料協から推薦するに当たり，会員の皆さまからＳＰＡ運営委員を公募したいと思います。ＳＰＡ運営委員への立候補を希望する方の中から総務委員会の検討を経て候補者を選定します。その後，役員会の承認を得て，正式な決定とさせて頂きます。ＩＣＡ/ＳＰＡに対しては，その候補者を全史料協から推薦します。
なお，資格要件やＳＰＡの規約等へのアクセスについては以下の依頼文を参照してください。また，海外で開催されるＩＣＡ／ＳＰＡ運営委員会の参加費の援助については，参加費・旅行保険費用の全額と宿泊費・往復交通費の半額補助を基本としています。
締め切りは2月5日とさせていただきます。よろしくお願いします。

*2008-2012の新SPA運営委員会の選挙について
現在のSPA運営委員は2008年クアラルンプール大会の間に任期を終えます。
貴方の協会から，2008-2012年のＳＰＡ運営委員会に参加する候補者を推薦されることをぜひお考えください。
貴方の協会が，その候補者がＳＰＡに在籍する4年の間，候補者の参加を支援することはとても大切なことですし，そのことを特に強調しておきたいと思います。

CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP OF THE STEERING COMMITEE OF SPA
1) All members of the steering committee must have a working knowledge of French and English (the official working languages of ICA)
2) The Steering committee meets twice each year. Members are expected to attend regularly.
3) An association is expected to cover the costs of attendance of its representative.
4) Each Steering committee member is required to participate in the projects and activities of the section.
*SPA運営委員の資格・要件
1 ICAの常用語である仏語・英語を使って活動できること。
2 年に2度開催されるSPA運営委員会に出席すること。
3 運営委員の所属団体は代表の参加費負担が期待される。
4 各運営委員はプロジェクトや各分野の活動に参加しなければならない。
